Caylon Hackwith is a photographer, videographer, art director, and artist. He began his career in art galleries and post-production studios fabricating large scale artworks for international exhibitions. He now produces images for clients such as J. Crew, Loeffler Randall, Fossil, and Workstead while still keeping one foot in the art world by photographing for institutions such as Walker Art Center, acting as photo editor for The Third Rail, a quarterly arts journal, and maintaining his own studio practice. He is also the principle photographer for the prominent fashion blog Wide Eyed Legless. He is perpetually striving for a clean, minimal aesthetic that communicates beautifully and effectively. Although he will always have a soft spot for the wild, bucolic landscape of his native Montana.
